This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative and customer-centric marketing team on a 12 month fixed term contract, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving dynamic customer marketing campaigns. We're seeking a diligent and forward-thinking individual to support our team in engaging and delighting our customer base. This role is responsible in supporting the Customer Marketing Manager in bringing to life a robust marketing strategy to engage the Optus’ customer base. Day to day, you’ll be responsible for the design, execution and reporting of campaigns, with a particular focus on ' onboarding ', ‘brand’, ‘sponsorship’ and ‘engagement’ to drive long term loyalty. Your day in the life at Optus, Work across creative teams and agencies to build effective creative campaigns with strong cut-through across all media channels and customer touch points. Partner with analysts to identify target audiences, conduct testing, and implement campaigns with precision. Lead campaign execution excellence in line with agreed timelines and budget Establish, maintain and influence relationships across a broad range of team members and partners including but not limited to Campaign Delivery, Commercial, Product, Creative Agency, Brand, Design, TV & Content, Customer Value Management and the broader marketing team Drive continuous improvement in campaign efficiency by exploring innovative engagement strategies. Your skills to pay the bills Proven experience in executing customer marketing campaigns, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional marketing teams. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on campaign execution excellence. Have MarTech and CRM platform knowledge (Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge preferred). Experience collaborating with analysts on target audience identification, testing, and execution.
