Australia. - Randstad: Project Support Officer. Are you looking for your next Government role on the Gold Coast? We are looking for a candidate who can provide high level support to a project team within a state government department based in Nerang. The role will suit a person who enjoys working within a busy department on large projects where they can effectively contribute to the smooth running of the team. Key duties: Support project teams with various administrative tasks, such as; monthly reporting, distribute project updates, maintain project documentation and records Coordinate project related meetings Ensure efficient management of project correspondence Ensuring project documentation is accurately compiled, tracked and recorded, and follows up to ensure timely delivery and approvals within set timeframes. Assist project managers with monitoring expenses and invoices where required, as well as corporate credit card transactions Skills and Experience: Proven administrative support experience Construction/infrastructure background highly desirable but is not essential Full work rights 6 month assignment to begin with, with potential extension options.
