The Business Analyst is critical to making this happen and will: • Develop or contribute to key stakeholder engagement, facilitation and development of templates and deliverables to support CPS230 compliance across Australia Retail and Australia Commercial Divisions • Organize and facilitate workshops for the identification of critical operations, dependencies, disruption scenarios, tolerances and BCP data points. • Document outcomes of workshops, data analysis and review, development of relevant supporting procedures and frameworks and stakeholder engagement across the organisation. • Assist in development of critical operations methodology, supporting procedures and templates • Synthesis of relevant information into requirements to support the deliverables of the program • Assist with the implementation of operational changes required to support CPS230 • Work across business units, divisions and enablement functions to identify opportunities for efficiencies which can be applied across the Group • Support in the facilitation of guidance and awareness sessions to business representatives on the CPS 230 Standard and operational resilience methodology and purpose including the framework, policy and procedures. • Partner with the Critical Processes and Operations Lead, Process Engineers, Business Analysts and other people in your squad to uncover dependencies and validate boundaries and sequencing of user stories Role Location: Melbourne Schedule: Full Time Role Type: 12 Months Fixed Term About the role At ANZ our purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive. To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following: • Extensive experience in a similar role • Working knowledge of CPS230, business continuity and operational resilience practices • Maturity in the following competencies. • Solution Analysis and Validation • Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring • Process Modelling, Customer Journey mapping and Human Centred Design • Requirements Elicitation and Documentation • Requirements Management • Benefits Management • Demonstrated ability to undertake qualitative, quantitative and desktop research to uncover actionable insights that can improve solutions and identify new opportunities. • Demonstrated customer service (internal or external) experience. • Demonstrated understanding of working in a team environment with shared objectives • Excellent verbal and written skills • Outcome oriented and effective team player • Good attention to detail and process oriented • Considered and structured in working style You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
